Liked: Overall good facility with friendly staff. It was clean.
Disliked: Carpets looks outdated and not showing the staff effort for cleaning. Bed was worse. Too soft, I mean tooooooo soft! I complained first night. Basically they washed off. If you have any back pain, arthritis or muscle strain , the beds make your condition way worse. They need to do better job on replacing bad mattress.

Disliked: Their policy for Debit/Credit Card you have to pay $250 deposit and then have to Wait for house keeping to check your room when leaving so you can get your deposit back. Make sure you use a credit card instead.

Disliked: While the air conditioning worked well, it was extremely loud. Had to turn it off at night.

Disliked: AVOID: Hostile Management and False AccusationsWhat began as a complaint about an uncleaned room quickly devolved into the worst hotel experience of our lives. When we reported the issue, our concern was dismissed. Instead of a resolution from the management, we were met with retaliation in the form of completely fabricated allegations of "discourteous and unacceptable behaviour." Their final "solution" offered by the management was to tell us to find another hotel! The dishonesty and unprofessionalism are shocking. Do not risk staying here.
