Liked: When getting into bed, the top sheet was bunched up in the corner of the bottom of the bed, clearly indicating that the sheets were not changed from the previous customer. When telling the manager, she kept saying it was impossible since her staff has been there for years. She voiced annoyance that she was going to have to talk to the staff.
