Liked: There was no hot breakfast.
Disliked: When I arrived I was told that the chef is taking a day off, so the boxed breakfast would be provided instead. That was not ok, especially since I booked through Booking.com, and the option with breakfast was more expensive. Yet the guy at the front desk said that breakfast was not an expected included service anyway (seriously!) The only reason I took a 80 km detour was for the good quality of my stay that included breakfast last time. Also, when I asked for additional bedding for the pull out couch, he murmured something in the line of 'this is extra', and first did not even bring two sheets, I actually had to explain that one sheet is the one to sleep on and the other one is to cover yourself. The quality of bedding was poor on both the bed and the pull out couch. I can't believe how overcharged I was for the hotel that used to be so good just few years ago. They used to care about the guests.

I would rate hotel 6.8....

Liked: I love the wall to wall counter space in the bathroom, the water pressure was excellent. You are able to watch you tube on the TV, the room is spacious enough though not the most spacious I have been in.
Disliked: House keeping service for room was poor. We had to ask them daily for towels and change the garbage ourselves and give it to the front desk, we had to ask for more toiletries including toilet paper. The sign was showing "Make up room" nobody made up the room.
