Liked: Beds were comfy as was the sofa bed surprisingly. Location was very convenient especially if you want a late night McDonald’s or ihop run 🤭

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, the room was dirty.Bathroom had poop in toilet, carpet had not been vaccumed.I expected it to be better for the price.

I believe I have already...

Liked: We requested the rooms close together, because my sister-in-law and brother-in-law are both handicap and need assistance at times. I received a confirmation email that our request was going to be accommodated, however upon arrival we were told that the only rooms available were on different sides of the motel and on different floors. We were very upset and disappointed in the Best Western.
Disliked: Not being closer to my family as requested and confirmed a week in advance that we could be accommodated. If we would have been on the same side and same floor we would have been alright, but completely on different floors and different sides was unacceptable. Next time we visit family in the area we will probably stay elsewhere.
