Originally founded during the reign of King James I the Limpley Stoke Hotel today offers individually designed rooms with attached bathroom well equipped with modern comforts and facilities. Reasonable value for money

Liked: Good location for our purposes. Easy to park (initially). Good views across the valley, and easy walks nearby.
Disliked: Bathroom was cramped and not particularly easy to use (no shelves, robe hooks etc). Parking on Saturday evening was problematic, possibly due to an event at the hotel, but unexpected.
