Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was warm, clean and welcoming. The hotel is in a lovely location to explore Lichfield.

Lovely, Lichfield is fab and...

Liked: We only stayed one night and the hotel as a whole was lovely. The bedroom let it down. It was incredibly hot in the room we had to put the fan provided on all night and couldn't open any windows. The shower head leaked and sprayed water allover the bathroom and the sink tap dropped constantly. Breakfast was great, however we had to pay extra for it. We found out when we got to the hotel if we had booked directly with Best Western, breakfast would have been included.
Disliked: Bedroom too hot. No freshair

Liked: Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, close to the station. Comfy bed and a very spacious room. Great value for money.

Clean, tidy and dependable but...

Liked: Really nice suite and very clean. There's a limited choice of hotels in Lichfield and I'd say this is the best. Worth the upgrade to a nicer room. I've stayed in the lowest cost rooms and they're clean but fairly basic. Classic Best Western...it's not the Ritz but good quality for the money.
Disliked: We went to the theatre and were hoping for a drink in the bar before bed but it was all shut up and a bit of a ghost town after 10pm which was a disappointment.
