Beautiful building and grounds with...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and grounds. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Minor points only… Breakfast was limited - good hot options but would like to see more fresh fruit, fresh bread.A little grubby in places - corridor and stairs up to the attic rooms were not clean. No soap provided in the room for handwashing.

Very good

Liked: Lovely hotel with great views, very comfortable.
Disliked: Vegetarian choice on the menu was very poor, did not dine there because of it. Rather would have liked the TV remote control working than the complementary drinks that were offered because of it.

Very pleasant few days

Liked: Pleasant hotel. Comfortable and clean
Disliked: Not an easy walk from the hotel to the town centre. Breakfast could have been better.

Liked: Good location for visiting Bath and other attractions in area. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Great location & hotel with...

Liked: Beautiful location set just outside of Bath with easy train access into Bath. A really lovely breakfast and very comfy beds. Would stay again and the staff were really helpful and lovely.

Great location to see Bradford...

Liked: Lovely location and staff very friendly and helpful . Nice and clean
Disliked: It’s a beautiful building but needs a little TLC in places . Understandably as it’s old . The vineyard could be a beautiful place to sit and eat and drink wine , needs a very big tidy up
