We stayed at your hotel...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We stayed at your hotel last night at room number 202. and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The AC fan was making a very loud noise throughout the night, making it impossible for us to sleep. As a result, we had to leave the hotel at 4 a.m., completely exhausted and frustrated.I expect a certain level of comfort and basic functionality when booking a room, and this experience fell far below those expectations. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and consider offering a partial or full refund for the inconvenience.

Would not stay there again

Liked: beds and room appeared clean,
Disliked: elevator didn't work, I requested a first-floor room so I didn't have to walk stairs, but the only thing left was on the second floor. Breakfast was terrible.
