Liked: Good location, Reception team really friendly and helpful. Nice pool.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing but with really easy fixes (which made it worse in some ways).

Liked: Room was OK. Air conditioning good. Location was OK for access in and out of Aix, about 15-20 walk to Aix CentraL.
Disliked: Hotel in middle of car yards. Very unattractive to look at. Outside pool area shoddy. Pizza was like a frozen supermarket one zapped in a microwave. critically this is NOT a 4 Star Hotel, nowhere near it. Ordinary hotel. There's much better around Aix.

great minus the AC which...

Liked: Nice comfortable clean good sized room and an ideal location.Car Parking is very convenient and easily accessible. lastly, i have to mention the amazing scent in the hotel, it smells wonderful and very pleasant.
Disliked: Not much, only one comment regarding the air conditioning that wasn't functioning well unfortunately, room was very humid and i woke up at night sweating, and for sometime it was even leaking.
