If was cheaper & had...

Liked: Breakfast was decent and offered gluten free bread which was very nice! The pool was nice and heated and had good hours
Disliked: They did not accommodate us when we complained about the noise coming from the pub below and stopped answering the phone and were not present at the desk to give us a new room. It was very loud and noisy and the “solution” was that they would tell the people to quiet down which was ineffective, hence not allowing me to actually sleep until closer to midnight. I was very displeased about that and wanted some type of accommodation but did not see a resolution. If was cheaper than the other local hotel and had a nice pool, but if you get the rooms by the courtyard, it’s not great for actually sleeping.

Have no problem with staying...

Liked: Everything was great. My rooms could have been straight across from one another but we made it work. The pillows... I almost tried to buy one the bed was very comfy also.
Disliked: being on the second floor.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice and the handicap accesibility for our son was much appreciated.

Liked: Breakfast was good, not enough seating during the rush time. The bed was too soft.
Disliked: Our stay was good, floor at pool is hard on the feet and rail in hot tub was loose. Bed too soft.
