Liked: Room large and comfortable with a nice view of the sea. Breakfast excellent. The location was close to facilities in Eastbourne which is what we wanted. Service good.
Disliked: No tissues in the room (most hotels provide them).

Poor

Disliked: Very old fashioned, the rooms looked nothing like the photos, nor did the bar / restaurant area. Food was poor.

Superb

Liked: Really location up the beachy head end of Eastbourne, good sea view and nice park and restaurant in front of hotel.Staff great, breakfast was good, and for 3 of us the family room was great (1 adult, 1 baby, one 9 year old).
Disliked: Nothing

Fantastic

Liked: Great location with green space opposite and sea front. Short walk less than 10mins to pier and town. Plenty of lounges and bar to sit in. Hotel staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great food. Cheap price.

Great hotel

Liked: Location is great. Especially for a walk to Seven Sisters. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff were super friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Room we got was not so great. Was set up for disabled persons, so basin and mirror in bathroom were too low. I guess we didn’t pay for a view so we certainly didn’t get one.

Nice

Liked: The restaurant area very good, excellent choice of food, well cooked. Also day lounge area spacious, lovely soafers and chairs .
Disliked: My double room was very clean. modern bathroom, excellent shower, but the furniture was a bit dated. But I think that's the design the hotel wanted. Because the rest of the hotel is very nice and clean I will come back.
