Liked: Location was good for our grandkids chuck e cheese was right across the street,also the freeway was around the block.
Disliked: Soda machine wasn't cold...

Most UNFRIENDLY place I've ever...

Liked: Breakfast was okay but a "breakfast sandwich" was literally one egg between 2 pieces of bread. Could only take 1/2 of a muffin.
Disliked: Hotel staff was ABSENT, took forever to get the one person on duty (7pm). Sign in room informed us the bathtub spout was DISABLED & only the shower would work (to conserve water.) No bath for me! Bathroom sink clogged entire time. Broken hanger. Required us to physically go to the front desk to get cleaning service, pillows were SQUARES, had to physically go get more pillows. Additional towels had to be retrieved by us physically going to front desk. Signs in big block letters telling us everything we were NOT allowed to do/want. 3 hand sanitizers in front lobby all EMPTY. TV looks like something from VGA era, pixelated & tiny. Closed captions had to be figured out by us as staff was unable to help (so I could access tv as I am Deaf) We figured out closed captions by CHANGING THE LANGUAGE to Spanish, Duolingo helped out with that. Most UNfriendly place I've ever been to.
