Superb

Liked: Continental breakfast was well stocked and good.Our room had two queen beds- the room was very clean and spacious. Family who had also booked a room with 2 queen beds had a much smaller room. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful!

Disliked: The breakfast sausage Pattie’s were hard. The sausage links were super good. They were running out of breakfast but it was busy so I understand

Liked: It was set up nice. Had dog area
Disliked: When I called to book the room, I was told we could leave our dog in the room in so we could go down to the pool for a bit and when we got there we were told we couldn’t. We drove 4 hours based on this information and wasted our money

Nice weekend

Liked: Clean, comfortable beds. Needs some firmer pillow options. Bathroom clean and lots of fresh towels. Asked staff for more tissue and t.p., received it right away. Pool and hot tub very nice addition to stay.
Disliked: At first, had some opposition to processing a Canadian gift card, but it only took a few extra minutes. She was told by someone else not to, but customer service said there would be no issue and if needed call for help. It can't be prepaid or under a service like booking.com.
