Not worth the hassle

Liked: Be very careful with this hotel, I paid when I booked online but the front desk staff charged my credit card $321.00 when we checked in saying she made a mistake and the money should be refunded in a couple of days.. that did not happen! I had to call them again and they had the audacity to tell me that they gave me $321.00!! No, you took $321.00 from me and you are putting it back! The matter is still not resolved.. I’m dealing with my bank and Best Western Knoxville airport/ Alcoa, Tn is not even calling me back!Not worth the money I paid and the hassle for an overnight stay.Their bed was hard to sleep on and uncomfortable. Front desk was inept, inexperienced and I never got an apology from them.I booked there for the airport shuttle, uber would have been a better option.Stayed there March 23,20025 and checked out March 24,2025 at 3:30 am for an early flight.
