Will never stay there again!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Side doors inoperable. TV channels were inoperable. Breakfast cold and not appealing.

Was a perfect location for...

Liked: Great location, nice rooms
Disliked: Breakfast hot foods were cold. The front desk clerk when we tried to check in was not friendly at all. Our rooms were not ready and when I asked when they would be ready she said, “well I don’t know” and looked at me like i was stupid for asking. When we returned we had a different clerk and she was super. So nice and friendly. Went above and beyond to welcome us and hopes we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, very nice staff...

Liked: It was located near most everything you needed.
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like was quality of the mattress. They were worn on one side with big dip in the mattress

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Dirty room with hair all over bedding, pet smell in room. We saw many issues in room, turned around and tried to get it fixed or our money back. We even told the front desk to give us new sheets and we will change them....but they didn't want to. Talked to Regional Manager...still no help.Still trying to get our money back...had to get a room at Holiday Inn.

Clean, affordable hotel albeit rude...

Liked: The location of the hotel was very central and very close to a highway. The neighborhood of the hotel looked safe. Shopping is close by. Checkout was easy.
Disliked: The breakfast lady was rude. The reception area does not have AC. The elevators take a long time to operate.
