All in all it was...

Liked: The convenience of where it was at. The staff was extremely nice
Disliked: Our air didn’t work. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Liked: Location is in walkable distance to many stores and food options. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown St. Louis
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. No waffles and limited sides.

Disliked: Breakfast was cold and disgusting. Lady attending breakfast wouldn’t put anything out unless you practically begged! Motorcycle club there parking under turn around couldn’t drop off family while it was raining and took up most of the parking lot! Ice machines broken! Room was comfortable but closet door broken and off the track safety hazard for our young grandkids, no stopper in bathtub so kids couldn’t take a bath! Need I go on? Sad great location with restaurants and stores and easy access to freeway. Never will stay again!

Liked: The stand out what was the staff- everyone was so pleasant, helpful, organized, and present and it made the experience smooth and stress free.
Disliked: No notes!

Clean building inside and out....

Liked: Friendly front desk staff, informative and helpful
Disliked: The one staff member in the breakfast room, removed the food as I was attempting to open the case stating she was closing down, and added next time I should come before 9am, and it was 8:53am. It was rude but I didn't give her a hard time. I would still stay here over and over again.
