Great place

Liked: The property is very nice. The staff (especially CJ) were amazing. The breakfast was actually hot breakfast eggs sausage biscuits 😋 👌 😍. The small pillows threw me off but they were comfortable. I like this spot.
Disliked: I liked everything

Convenient

Liked: I love how clean all the areas of the hotel were. I really liked how close the hotel was to different restaurants and shops too. I love how convenient getting to chilis from inside the hotel was.
Disliked: The only thing my husband and I didn’t like was the bed. It was a little on the hard side, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

It was very nice stay....

Liked: The breakfast was great. It was hot and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The lady that checked me out, was awesome. She was very nice and professional.
Disliked: When I was there it was two issues, When I got there, I was told that my rooms wasn't ready and the guy said he wasn't sure when they would be. He Told me that he could give me 2 rooms, but they wouldn't be together. I was ok with that, being that I had drove 10 hrs to get there. The rooms we got were very nice ( 517 and 519), but the issue was there was constant backup of water in the sinks. When I told front desk about it, he said they would pour some drano in it and I assumed that would fix the problem, but it didn't stop the whole 3 days we were there. Also, I had asked for a set of clean towels and wash sets after the second day that I was there, Went out with family for the day and came back to only find out that no one had visited the room with my request. I didn't want the room cleaned, I just asked for fresh towels and face cloths.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable, really did a number on my back after a few nights. The shower did not drain properly, accumulating water during your shower about ankle deep. We thought this was a new hotel for Hilton but it looked like they took an older building and refurbished it. The elevator is very very small and very very slow so we used stairs. We checked in via app and couldn't get into room but desk staff was very accommodating. We come to Springfield every year for an event and probably won't stay here again. All this being said, the price was good so if you're on a budget this is a decent place to stay.
