Liked: Not very much. Bed was comfortable. There was a decent hairdryer.
Disliked: Unfriendly staff. Felt like a nuisance to them. Room too hot. No heating adjustment available. Requested a service clean....dirty cup left, towels not folded..didn't look like fresh ones, Footmarks on carpet. Pillows crumpled! Only shower gel and hand soap available. Water power very poor. Only one set of light switches

Disliked: A few minor things in the room such as a torn towel and grouting in the shower needing some attention, but not worth a complaint.

Liked: I liked the friendly Scottish staff who said hello and wished us well. I particularly liked the lady cleaning rooms who reacted so positively and lightly in response to a request. I thought the room itself was excellent. The waitresses in the restaurant were also really nice and considerate.
Disliked: It would be nice to have conditioner in the bathroom
