Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center

Very nice, large room, nice bed and very clean. It was fine for my needs and would stay there again.

Liked: Very nice bed, micro/fridge, tv and clean
Disliked: Hair dryer not working, thin walls, no hair conditioner, only shampoo

Liked: The property is well kept & clean. The staff are welcoming & professional.
Disliked: The bed was too hard. I had to purchase a mattress topper. We were staying 5 nights. There was no way I was gonna survive without one.

Disliked: The shower in our room did not work and when I reported it in the morning at check out there was no apology, just a non comital "OK". It seemed like they did not care.

Liked: My room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exactly what I needed to start my day.
Disliked: There was an issue with the television in my room, which I needed to watch a homework assignment. I have always wondered why a hotel would place families with small children on the 4th floor. If you are below them you hear them running around above you, and if, like myself, you specifically ask for a 4th floor room, so you don't have to deal with the noise above you, the noise is in the hallway instead.

Liked: The staff at the front desk were always pleasant, helpful, and acknowledging. Great first impression.
Disliked: The food...potatoes and bacon were not cooked enough for my liking. The dining area was too small, but they did have a variety of items.
