Nice 3 star hotel. We...

Liked: Two out of the 3 staff we met were very nice and helpful. The woman actually made sure our big van was put in the handicap space because it was beneficial for everyone as long as there was not someone in need of it. On the 2nd night, the 3rd night staff member, could not care less that we explained our parking situation and told us to just park where ever. Then the next day, stopped us on the road to ask us to take another parking because in fact, our van was bothering other guests. Which we already told him this would happen.
Disliked: We had 3 bookings in total. Two made through bookings and the 3rd with the property directly. We actually had a probelm not with this booking but the 2 bedroom apartment booked directly. No airconditioner working. The compensation needed to be asked not offered after 2 nights of staying there, whichwas breakfast and the parking, however there seems to be a discreptency in the parking. In the process of being verified but both rooms may have been charged for the same parking spot, and then tried to make it look as if it was offered for free because of the a/c not working. In actuality, there was no compensation and if we didn't need compensation, we were over-charged!

Great location and accommodation, lovely...

Liked: Hotel was lovely, stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was great! Loved the decor and the space. Great breakfast and the staff were lovely. Super location too.
