Mediocre hotel but attached restaurant...

Liked: Needed the city as our stop for the night.
Disliked: The lobby had been refurbished but the rooms needed some attention. The floors in the halls and the room appeared to not have been vacuumed in a while. The bathroom at the pool area was very dirty.

Very disappointing

Disliked: The hotel was dirty. Every room was dirty, huge stains on the carpet, beds sunken in the middle. Front desk wouldn’t move our room from second floor to first floor - told us we had to go through booking.com to change room location. I used chat feature on booking.com to change it and the chat said I had to contact the property. I showed the message to the front desk clerk and she refused even though she said she had a first floor room available. We had a Parkinson’s patient and elderly mom and there is no elevator. Terrible guest service combined with a very dirty hotel. Will never stay there again.

This hotel was disgusting with...

Liked: The location was fine right off the highway. Breakfast was good with multiple choices.
Disliked: The front desk attendant was very rude and was heard at one point saying “I hate this job.” There is no handicap accessibility to the second floor which is where they placed our handicap family member and refused to switch rooms. The hotel is old and needs remodeled bad! We had 4 rooms and between us we had a large sticky stain on the floor, tv didn’t work, hair in the shower, beds completely sunken in, and a swimsuit left in the bathroom of one that was not ours!

Disliked: I've stated before that my husband and I had knee surgeries and couldn't do stairs so they put us way at the back of the motel so alot of walking was stressful on us
