Best Western Jamaica Inn

This hotel was very close to where we wanted to go. It was pretty clean and comfortable; staff were great; the wifi sucks but we weren't really at the hotel much. I would recommend it to anyone and I'll sure to be staying there again.

Liked: Reasonable rates, friendly staff. Its location was ideal for getting about on the public transport.
Disliked: The room was a little noisy from the traffic which I realise is because it’s situated right near the busy highways but there’s some double glazing or similar needed in the rooms facing the roads.

Liked: Good budget hotel. Very helpful and efficient staff.
Disliked: The hotel feels a little dated. But this is a very minor point.

Pleasant

Liked: Nice set up, clean room, good furnishings.
Disliked: There was no water in the room or bottle water at front desk.

Liked: Breakfast was commendable, room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Electrical wall outlet seems to need replacing.

Totally it was good and...

Liked: It is a budget facility, so can't expect much. Booking and check out was very easy.
Disliked: As we are not a American bound traveler, the facilities are not user friendly. It was very difficult to get one bottle of water. The location is very far from the airport.

Superb

Liked: I loved the croissants. All of the staff were polite, attentive, cooperative, and helpful -- especially Kev, who checked me in, and Alfie, who was superlative in every respect.I have stayed at this hotel about 7 times and will continue to happily do so.
Disliked: No complaints.
