Liked: Bad bad experience the beds are horrible and we has three rooms and we had a total of 9 kids with us and kept getting complaints bc the kids were to loud …. Then u should have put us on the bottom floor they were asleep by 9! Every night and when the complaints where happening was during the day so people not understand kids will be kids….. the phone in the room was falling apart … the breakfast was ok .. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

Nice hotel in a small...

Liked: This was a nice hotel; It had recently come under new management, and some facilities were worn. When we arrived the elevator was not working, but we were able to secure a ground floor room. The breakfast was good, and the staff were all long time employees and friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The Spa was out of commission, as was the elevator. In our room, the lights in the bath were not working, but when we brought it to our attention, the facilities manager quickly repaired the light. Our room had no smoke detector, and the bath smelled of cigarettes.
