Liked: It was a very pleasant visit
Disliked: Nothing

Okay but felt poor communication...

Liked: Local and very clean room
Disliked: Very disappointed specifically wished to use the pool facilities but was told they was closed with no warning so we could not use any of them for the duration of the stay which is one of the reasons we booked the hotel

I will definitely stay next...

Liked: We arrived late after midnight and the staff was very helpful. The breakast was super! The beddings and bed most comfortable!
Disliked: Noting ti complaint

Disliked: Room was very nice but I don’t think it had seen a duster for a while, you could write your name in the dust

Disappointing

A pleasant experience, would revisit.

Liked: Plenty of parking, quiet location, staff very friendly and helpful, every where was very clean, a good selection at breakfast, ingredients were good quality, bar drinks were a reasonable price, we were helped with the self check in service.
Disliked: We were in the Suffolk suite which was extremely hot, a fan was provided and we opened the window but we're still uncomfortable and unable to sleep, the glass in the window had blown, one of the lamps was broken which was quite sharp.On arrival the older part of the building looked a little tired, we were disappointed the swimming pool wasn't available.
