Disliked: This is supposed to be a best western franchise however, the room lacked a climate control system. It had not been cleaned in at least 2 weeks and definitely not before I arrived. There cobwebs on the bedside lamps. A thick layer of dust on the edge of the head board. It seems to have been run by skeletal staff. There was no fridge in the room where I stayed. The menu was the same menu you get at most restaurant chains standard fair nothing exceptional. I ultimately i git my food from the town centre. Mid week I wanted to have a meal in-house I was told I had to book a place ahead of time. Never heard of such a thing a thing.

Disliked: no a/c, it was very hot when I stayed. The hotel is few miles from Ipswich, not a direct route, had go down on A12 then back up on local road.

Liked: Very close to where I needed to be for work(Jimmy's Farm) Hotel was very clean and quiet with friendly and helpful staff, and was great value for money
