Liked: Hotel was clean and staff friendly
Disliked: The pool and spa was not open when the website said it was and had pictures of it. Took swimwear with us we were very disappointed.

Liked: Check-in/out very efficient.Full English breakfast very good.
Disliked: Hotel under refurbishment therefore SPA and Gym facilities were not available. Booking.com advertised property on Website with SPA/Gym available with detailed photos of sauna and gym.

Awful don’t stay here

Disliked: We was not informed the bar area was shut. The place was like a building site.Then when we asked to have a drink in our room we was told no.When I explained it said it was 24 hour drinking to hotel residents and ask the guy on reception to call the manager I did not get a phone call reply back!! Disgusting!!!

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, warm and very spacious
Disliked: The hotel could do with some renovations. It felt tired and empty, although I could see that they had some works going on in the lobby
