Liked: We booked in late ( 8.00pm) but did ring and advise time of arrival so keycard was left in key code access box. No problem accessing room but room was certainly NOT 4 star accommodation as advertised nor resembled online photos. Rust very evident on bedside lamps and luggage rack. Aircon needs a clean as do windowsills - corrosion on taps and plug in bathroom. Hot water scalding in shower - dangerous. Loose wires hanging from wall connecting lamps. Dirty occasional bedside chair.Wanted to order breakfast but no menu in room as was advertised so unable to order breakfast. Tried after hours number and left message - no reply. In favour - sheets were clean but mattress substandard for 4 star. Very disappointing as paid premium price for room $349 for 8 hours. Will not be returning.

Disliked: Too cold in bed for this time of yearReally hate the air conditioners set to go into a different mode after an hour. Guests wake up all night resetting air con and on for comfort.The pet hate I experienced was an overzealous cleaner repeatedly knocking on guest doors from 8am onwards. This should never happen whilst guest is within the purchased period - no knocking before 10am checkout time

Liked: the lady of the motel was so friendly and efficient that check in and any questions were answered and handled with a smile.
Disliked: Was hoping to relax with a swim and we were disappointed that the pool was under maintenance.
