Best Western Inverness Palace Hotel & Spa

Lovely room; good food; friendly staff and excellent facilities - pool etc. Great location. Was near to Eden Court and also handy for town centre and exploring the area.

Liked: Good central location and great friendly staff.
Disliked: We were located in the building next to the hotel so felt a little isolated to the hotel facilities. The room was relatively small given the price and the bed a little narrow for a double.

Disliked: walls are made of paper.aquicking floorwe could hear every step from the room upstairs. also the snoring from the next room at night.only one elevator which cause a long waiting

The place of the hotel...

Liked: The wifi is extremely bad we notified the hotel of that multiple time it is not the wifi signal but the internet stops while you remain connected to the wifi it is a network issue between the wifi machine and internet gateway, moreover there is very long queues to breakfast.
