Exceptional

Liked: Room was fresh, bed was very comfortable, and tea/ coffee making facilities provided. Shower room was a good size, and shower easily adjustable.EV charging point available, no cost, but only a 3.5kW rating so very slow.
Disliked: Hairdryer cable is on wall, then through the back of the table drawer, making it difficult to use the hairdryer as the cable available is so short. Would have been better to do a hole through the side of the table and into the drawer.

Never again

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff were brilliant.
Disliked: Room 104 was probably the worst room I've stayed in. Extraction fan noise and smells came direct into the room even with the windows shut. Pillow covers had holes in them. Wifi is non existent. Mentioned this to the staff who said due to the volume of guests the wifi was slow. They did try to help but no luck.
