Probably one of most disappointing...

Liked: Location was pretty good.
Disliked: The first room had roaches. We found ants in the bed. We notified the front desk, and they put us in another room for the second night, and we had roaches in that room as well. Breakfast sausage was old, and it I'm sure it was due to the amount that is being cooked to what was actually staying in the hotel and they not wanting to waste product. Rooms were very dated, lamp stands/shades were ALL loose. Shower head wasn't screwed on tightly so floor became treacherous to walk on.

Liked: The room itself!
Disliked: We were constantly rushed to get out exactly at 11am. My children and I were an hour and a half late checking out.The staff knocked on the door at least 5 different times rushing us out!Best Western called the police!We were very discussed being that it was one of the best hotels my children chose! And we've been there on several occasions and never had this issue The eggs for breakfast were also bad. Everything else was great.

Liked: The location was perfect not to far from the beach lots of restaurants and shopping stores.
Disliked: Hair dryer did not work in my room and the carpet smells moldy.

Exceptional

Liked: Was able to check in before 3pm which gave us some pool time. Huge pool..
Disliked: We had to leave

Disliked: Pulled the cover back on the bed and there was roach in the bed alive and I went to the front desk and I told her and she said did you take a picture of it ?? I said no but you more than welcome to come lift the cover yourself it’s still alive
