Very good

Liked: Breakfast was good, we were able to bring it back to the room. The staff where courteous and attentive.
Disliked: Next to the hotel there is vacant premises and there is homeless sleeping there.

Disliked: Some staff were nice others were scamming theirs also coming in our room messing with our dog I guess he grew hands and unlocked a dog cage that has several latches also stole money and charged me twice they thought they would get away with it since on a bank statement when you pay on booking.com it shows up as booking not the best Western I book one week checked out booked ANOTHER week paid on booking they released my 100$ deposit back into my account the day I checked back in so when they charged me the third time it took over 511.38 ND THIS TIME IT STATES BEST WESTERN ON MY BANKING ACCOUNT. I ONLY USE BOOKING FOR MY HOTELS SO THEY TOLD ON THERE SELFS

Liked: Breakfast was very poor actually. Not much variety of food fake eggs also becon which we don't eat pork did not have any other options the potatoes were not cooked raw potatoes hard as can be raw and the sausages were not cooked when they did actually have sausage they had horrible staff they actually followed us back to our room as if we were stealing breakfast there. We were treated very poorly by staff.
Disliked: The staff came into our room and let our dog out of our cage he they also overcharged us twice and thought they would get away with it because we paid through booking.com through you guys on one occasion then they took it out of my account on June 16th as soon as my money came in which means they were checking my card every day running itThe fact that my money was taken out at 10:30 at night it means they were checking my card over and over again to steal money. They would never let someone stay two weeks if I owe them for a week they wouldn't let me stay the second week if I owe them for the first week. We need our refund as soon as possible.
