The Stay That Made Best...

Liked: The staff that checked us in was amazing especially the gentleman that did our check in. He definitely made our experience with your hotel memorable & we definitely will be staying at your hotel anytime & every time we find ourself needing a great place to relax & enjoy family time or just time together we definitely will be staying at your Best Western Inn Suites Tucson Foothills. I really wish I knew the gentleman name that checked us in please tell him we said thank you so much for making our stay one of the best experiences that we have had!! Disliked: The room was a little dirty. There was stuff splattered on the walls in the kitchen area as well as more then a little dirt in all the corners & in one corner in the kitchen area in front of the closet doors was well we weren't sure but it looked like an animal had been in the room & peeed & it didn't get cleaned up. Our room was very nice & clean with those two exceptions.

Disliked: Cleanliness on property. No water in ladies restroom in lobby. Broken lamp in room.

GREAT HOTEL GREAT STAFF GREAT...

Liked: The GREAT staff (guy who checked me late evening 8/10/25) room, bed wifi. This is a GREAT hotel and a good value. I was only there for one night but it's great for a long stay!
Disliked: They need to do a better check of their rooms. The one sour point was that the shower DID NOT WORK. No water. Clearly the twist valve on it was broken. They MUST check frooms to make sure that the shower works! I suspect this was just an oversight but otherwise I'd give this great place a top rating. I had to be somewhere that morning and looked awful without a shower.

Liked: I always love the rooms
Disliked: Two things were a big disappointment. One is we got a room by the pool and there was loud music being played right outside our window pretty late. The other thing was there was no one in PJ's and people were lined up waiting for food until I called the front desk and said hey there's nobody in here all that hot trays were empty and there was batter for the waffle maker. Just a sad experience. I have stayed there many times and it won't keep me from coming again but it definitely was a disappointment. My husband and I look forward to our getaways and we literally got very little sleep

Plumbing problems and dirty rooms...

Liked: Sucks
Disliked: Plumbing problems and the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived and telling us the wrong room number

Liked: The room was clean and comfy
Disliked: I'm disabled and asked for a room next to the pool and it was too far away. My room was right by the gym and it was noisy which made my dogs bark.

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast too

Liked: The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the personnel from the restaurant
Disliked: I have no complaints
