Liked: Great place!

Very good

Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. The hotel lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast area was well maintained. Can't beat the waffles!
Disliked: I could never get the TV remote to work. I heard from other guests that it is an ongoing issue. Staff did try to help. I think it's the type of remote they have for the rooms. Not necessarily the original that came with the TV but one of those "clean" ones. I can appreciate that but not if it doesn't work. Great stay otherwise

This place was terrible!!!!

Liked: I really liked the location.
Disliked: The property ran out of food before breakfast was over. They only left one set of towels in the room. We asked for more towels, no one brought them. I went to the front desk and was told they didn't have towels. Our room was right by the supply closet so we could hear them going in & out. The service was terrible! I never stayed at a hotel that ran out of towels.I asked to speak to the manager, I was told there was no manager on site.

Liked: Location
Disliked: -Only 1 washcloth when first checked in. Had to go to desk to get.-No safe in room.-Bare minimum of towels - most places provide 4 of each per day.-Covid is over - daily room make up should be standard, not something that needs to be requested, then isn't done until after 3. -Hot tub didn't work-There were 2 empty beer cans in the planter by the pool on Monday when we checked in and they were still there Wednesday when we checked out- obviously they don't care about cleaning the pool area.

Liked: Location OK.
Disliked: Room door did not work properly, we had to call staff for help but it did not work again the next day. Bath tower ran out. we had to re-use the wet tower We also found a cockroach-like bug beside the bed :(

Not the best stay we...

Liked: Relatively close to the places we needed to go to. Easy access to the freeways
Disliked: We were put in an old run down handicapped room. The shower head was broken, the toilet adapter was rusted, and the room was 4 feet from the ice machine which made noise 24/7

Liked: We stay here every time we visit our daughterits centerly located for usbreakfast is ok

Disappointed

Liked: Comfy beds. Nice location.
Disliked: I was there for 11 nights and they only serviced my room once. They only gave us 1 washcloth to start with. I had to scrounge almost every day to try to get more and most of the time they didn't have them. Always out of pool towels too so only got in pool once. The air filter in room was so dirty we got sick. When we left the room we felt better but every time we came back we got congested and were coughing and sneezing constantly.
