Our stay at this Best...

Liked: The breakfast was better than I expected, they had different entrees every day. of course they still had the cereal and different kinds of breads for us to eat every day.. plenty of juice and coffee, very nice.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything, you guys met my expectations..

It was a comfortable night.

Liked: Staff was friendly, I had a king room, staff helped me upgrade to a king suite, it did cost me 23.00 more.
Disliked: Room, clean, decent breakfast

Liked: Beautiful facility!! Everything was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this motel!
Disliked: Nothing.

I was expecting better with...

Liked: Breakfast was surprisingly outstanding with all the varied selections, quite pleased! Please keep up the good work! The room decor and amenities are appealing, convenient location, vending machines are a plus.
Disliked: Confusion about whether payment was made in advance (it was), hot tub under going maintenance (but no discount for the unavailability), room door would not even latch (let alone lock). The front desk did have us change rooms (an upgraded move), which was appreciated, however it was located next to a supply closet that was accessed by heavy handed personnel (aka noisy) and/or persons loudly running up/down the nearby stairwell. TV’s guide was not easily accessible. The desk attendant struggled to check us in and could have described the features for our awareness (WIFI password on your room card).

It was perfect.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean and looked brand new. The breakfast was fantastic. The options were great!

Liked: Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Well situated off the lobby and wonderful selection of items.
Disliked: Tub did not drain while taking a shower. No hand lotion provided in bathroom. No clock in room other than the microwave clock. No instructions on how to use the coffeemaker but we did figure it out. Location of coffeemaker difficult to add water to it and no lighting to see what you were doing. Unless you had a smartphone no guide to the tv stations when we were in the room between hockey games. LOTS of the weather channel.
