Liked: The location is great, right next to the I95, for us it was very convenient. Breakfast was good and room was clean
Disliked: The toiletries provided weren't enough for a family of 4 and the bathroom was really small.

Liked: The staff was very polite.
Disliked: When I went to use the bathroom in the morning, the bathroom was flooding, there was water that came thru the wall behind the toilet. I used all of the towels that I had, and I went and reported the incident, and the main lobby had the same problem. My daughter and I could not use the bathroom in the morning, and we had to go use a gas station bathroom. I paid $100.00 plus a $30 security. I feel that I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience. I have a special needs child ,and she needed to use the bathroom, and she couldn't..Iam upset!! It is very upsetting.

Liked: Could park right outside our door
Disliked: The front desk staff just was not friendly, when we checked in or checked out! When you are saying thank you, have a great day, etc. etc. they could at least smile or say you too! Got no response!

When you need somewhere to...

Liked: Somewhat updated. Clean …sheets and pillows smelled clean. The staff were efficient. Location off 95 convenient for a one night stay. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: The $150 deposit on top of the cost for the room. Now I'm waiting for the $150 to be refunded to my bank account, that's a deal breaker for me.
