Disliked: Nothing the staff at front desk was very rude I had to bring dirty laundry just to get clean wash cloths and towels

Liked: Hotel has been recently updated and our room was clean and very spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The point of an inside pool or Jacuzzi is for it to be warm enough to swim or bathe in. It was bone shivering cold. If this one element of my experience was better I would return. But I have the feeling it won't. Talked to the owners/mangers And they gave me some excuse And said they fixed it. It did not fix. They never checked backed because they knew it wasn't going to work. Had to change rooms because toilet was leaking. Made me feel like it was my fault. I'd stay again in the middle of summer if I had no other choice. Maybe be I misunderstood because there was an obvious language barrier that I was felt to be at blame about
