Liked: Breakfast was great and Sherry was helpful
Disliked: I am 78 years old and walk with a cane. My room was on the second floor, and the steps were dangerous for me. I requested a first floor room and got a lot of run-around. Even though I knew people checked out, the clerks wouldn't give me a room on the lower floor, so I checked out and got a $400 refund. The clerks were either unwilling to give me a different room or the computer software was not user friendly. I'll probably never stay at another Best Western again.

Liked: The woman at the front desk was excellent. We needed to check in an hour early in order to attend a wedding at 3pm and she was accommodating,helpful and cheerful. She is an exceptional employee and deserves recognition.

Overall, I would stay there...
