Would stay again when construction...

Liked: It was a convenient location and a good price. The continental breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The property was under construction during our stay. The elevator was working but had a bad smell in it. The rooms were clean but the hallways were not.

Disliked: I chose this hotel because it had a pool, and served breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom is in need of repair(shower doesnt turn off rm 217). We asked about the pool daily for 3 days-"closed". I had to take my family to the Florence Aquatic Center($12) to swim. Then as we came back to the hotel through the lobby entrance the male desk clerk(about 6:15p 5-29-25) stopped us and accused us of swimming in the hotel pool!! I quickly let him know that because the hotel pool had been closed for all three days of our stay that we had to pay ($12) to use the city pool(Florence Aquatic Center). That accusation was the last straw. I can't wait to get on my TripAdviser account and state only the facts about our stay at this Best Western. Don Steele

Liked: Great location for highway access. Clean. Nice variety for breakfast. Comfortable bed.Seat and multiple grab bars in handicapped shower.
Disliked: The handicapped bathroom had a grab bars behind the toilet (not helpful at all) instead of next to the toilet.The tissues were in a dispenser attached to the bathroom wall, not accessible from a wheelchair.The shower was barely warm.

Liked: Staff was polite and the location for our trip was good.
Disliked: The place is going through an external renovation. I can live with that. But I hope that renovation extends to the interior. The hotel was, and felt very dirty. The carpets on the second floor hall were worn out and torn, and you could see dirt all over the place. The towels in my room were worn out with visible wear patches. This hotel felt like a run down motel. The breakfast variety was ok, but the bacon and eggs were not cooked right. I couldn’t eat them.

Disliked: The water in the bathroom sink ran straight to the floor. Flooded the floor. Made a mess. Front desk person said they could not move us. They didn’t fix it. Ironing board was broken, key cards wouldn’t operate correctly. Couldn’t adjust our bill because we booked thru Booking.com
