Liked: The location was decent for our needs. Close to Montvale and Upper Saddle River.
Disliked: We traveled with a baby and a crib so I paid extra for the "450sqft room with the spa bath". It's a lie. I made the staff take me into the "normal" sized 300sqft rooms. The rooms ARE THE EXACT SAME SIZE - each about 270sqft. Yes, this room has a jacuzzi bath tub, but that actually makes the rest of the room SMALLER. We measured and had images. The staff was unhelpful. I did not appreciate being lied to by the false advertising. We needed the extra space, and fine - if the rooms are the same size then just charge the same rate. Inappropriate, and the staff was unable to assist and kept pointing to someone else who might be a manager.
