Never again , very disappointed

Liked: Good location
Disliked: First we waited 15 minutes at the desk to check in because no one was there . Then we got to the room showered and tried to sleep , someone was blasting music or the tv was super loud . I let front desk know and they said there’s no one to help at this time . We were there because my daughter was taking her sats that next morning and she needed a good nights rest . Sadly she couldn’t sleep until around 2 am . No one came to help us .

Great stay!!!

Liked: Rooms are nice and new and very clean!! Loved the comfy beds after a long day. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great! Definitely would stay here again.
Disliked: We were given a slip stating that our room would be cleaned after 72 hours but if you want it cleaned prior to that you had to do a request. So we thought after our 3rd night our room would've been cleaned, but it wasn't.

Disliked: The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. We sweated at night. There were plugs and other things on the floor. They didn't clean it properly.
