Superb

Really nice place and clean!

Liked: It was clean! Even inside of the drawer were clean. A microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker was in our room, which some places don't provide. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The vent fan in the bathroom is loud! The fan comes on with the light automatically.

Disappointing

Liked: Everything was okay basically except for the swimming pool.
Disliked: The swimming pool was open but it was ice cold. That was one reason I went there cuz I thought it'd be a nice cozy warm pool since it's indoors.

substandard

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The noise level was intolerable, and we decided to check out a night early to try to have one night's decent sleep before returning home. There were numerous complaints from other guests and the crowds were ridiculous. Not once, on 4 mornings was there enough coffee and food to go around. The night before we checked out there was a group of about 40 people sitting in chairs outside out window have a party. We could not find a way to request an early check out so paid for a night we weren't there. All in all, a bad situation and booking .com is a difficult agency to deal with when things are not up to par. Disappointed

Decent but disappointing

Liked: I loved the pool and the cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: There was no water pressure in the bathtub and it took forever to get hot water. Then there were people running back and forth above my room all night

Liked: Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Shower had loose rails

Liked: The rooms were a good size. The bed was comfortable. It was okay for a short stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay but it didn’t seem like they kept the dining room clean.

Clean and comfy rooms

Liked: Conveniently located for our trip. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Pool was unavailable for most of our stay. The last night there was someone running in the halls and in the room above us well into the night, slamming doors and making a racket. Had to wear ear plugs to get to sleep. Breakfast wasn’t ready when it opened, but later the food was okay-seemed a bit unorganized.
