I believe that they just didn't clean the room. I think they made the bed and that was it.

Liked: It was close to the Orion!
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was dust on the bed frame and there were crumbs under the sink. You could see them as soon as you walked in the door.

Was very clean as long as they didn’t use what ever it is they clean with that has a strong terrible odor. We had to change rooms. But staff was very accommodating!

Liked: Very nice people. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The cleaning solution they use is sickening!

Liked: Staff. Staff was very accommodating to my needs.
Disliked: Dampness in air of room. However, staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed my stay and will be back when the area.

Great location for visiting Huntsville,...

Liked: The hotel was centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping strips. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes from this hotel to get food, shopping or entertainment. Urban air, top golf and stars and stripes are basically within walking distance.
Disliked: N/A. The hotel served its purpose. Safe, clean and provided shelter. Can't legitimately complain about anything.
