I believe that they just didn't clean the room. I think they made the bed and that was it.

Liked: It was close to the Orion!
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was dust on the bed frame and there were crumbs under the sink. You could see them as soon as you walked in the door.

Was very clean as long as they didn’t use what ever it is they clean with that has a strong terrible odor. We had to change rooms. But staff was very accommodating!

Liked: Very nice people. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The cleaning solution they use is sickening!

Liked: Our van broke down on our way home from Florida to Ohio. We were stuck for 2 days while it was fixed. The staff Monica and Scott were so sweet and so helpful with our stay there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for such a bad situation.
Disliked: Being sick with only being able to go walking distance was hard. My 2 boys would have like if the pool would have been a big help.

Liked: It was convenient to everything that we needed.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the front desk agent didn’t provide information about checking out. He took forger getting people checked in because he wanted to have long drawn out conversations. Also the day of checkout, housekeeping came and banged on my door and opened my door. I had to tell her to close my door. Very disrespectful! At checkout I went to the front desk and the manager laughed when I told her what happened. I’ve stayed there befit but I will NEVER go back!!!!

Liked: The staff was very kind and courteous. The room was clean. When we were 5 minutes late for breakfast, the man cleaning up brought my pregnant wife and I 2 plates full of food when he didn't have to.
Disliked: The bed was a bit firm for me, but this is more about personal preference for me. My wife loved it.
