Disliked: Pressure in sink was low not much water coming out it was regulated somehow

Liked: Location for us, friendly staff, very clean rooms. The room was so big.
Disliked: Tv volume wouldn't go loud enough we could hear it .

Liked: Great location right off the highway.
Disliked: Room service came knocking at tge door at 9am when checkout is at 11am

When we first pulled up...

Liked: Location was good. Bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: There was a roach in the room we had to kill. Bathroom floor was super sticky. Bathroom outlets didn’t work. Hotel worker had a kid sleeping on her lap, and another kid behind the counter at the registry. Not very professional.

Good

Liked: Texas shaped waffles were fun. Easy to park near room.

Beds uncomfortable as well

Liked: It was well kept outside
Disliked: Yellow ring around the tub and the room smelled horrible. All the rooms doors were opened being aired out when we got there. For good reason as well. It’s a continuous smell there

Disliked: We were charged for pillows that we didn't take. The clerk and manager were unresponsive to multiple phone and email messages from us about the issue.
