Black mold on shower ceiling

I will not recommend this...

Disliked: I did not like anything at all about this location. This location needs to be looked at if it is apart of the best western chain. Needs major upgrades and someone needs to actually come out and do an actual inspection.

Great!

Liked: I liked everything! The people were nice, good breakfast, and it was clean there. The best Best Western I’ve been to! The ladies were patient even when booking.com was giving them problems about our stay, but thank God it worked out!
Disliked: Nothing everything was great.

Liked: Comfortable and the sir was cold
Disliked: The volume on the tv would only turn up to a certain point and no further, you had to lay at the end of the bed and strain to hear it

Got the job done. Just...

Liked: It was clean and comfortable and it was priced reasonably. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: A little more variety for breakfast and the tv didn't work.

We slept well!

Liked: We just needed a clean inexpensive place to spend the night and this hotel provided that. We just showered and slept comfortably in the bed and were out the door by 8:30 AM.
Disliked: The pillows were too small (I know that is what all the hotels are using now). Regular pillows would have been more comfortable.

Please replace sofa and chair.

Liked: Location was .perfect, and staff was quite helpful and friendly.
Disliked: While the bedding appeared freshly made and clean; Sofa and chair in room was disgusting!
