Disliked: Breakfast was not the best. They did not have any teas just coffee. Waited about 45 minutes for an airport shuttle.

Liked: Good hotel to stay for overnight layover. Nice location with free shuttle.
Disliked: Had to wait for a long time for shuttle to hotel.

Liked: The facility was close to the event area. Housekeeping was great. The fresh fragrance was awesome. I was very pleased.
Disliked: I was there for 1 night. So, I did not encounter any dislikes.

Rooms were ok. Not close...
Liked: Left too early for breakfast.
Disliked: Was given misinformation by the checkin desk about the shuttle to the airport. Was told the next morning that person gave multiple guests the same misinformation. Had to wait over an hour for room to be ready.

Won't Stay Here Again
Liked: The shuttle was easy and the driver was cheerful and informative.
Disliked: We had two overnights en route to and from our spring break destination . We had booked two rooms. We arrived at 9pm and waited 10 minutes for the clerk to show up. She was rude and dismissive when I told her that one of our rooms reeked of smoke. She refused to move us claiming that the hotel was 'full'. I immediately pulled up availability on Booking.com and showed her that many rooms could be booked on the spot. She prevaricated and said those were "already assigned". She sprayed the room with chemicals after agreeing it reeked. I didn't want to stay in it so I pushed (with reason and calmly) to be moved. She claimed she would 'get in trouble with her manager'. I offered to contact her manager and tell him/her the opposite - that she was being responsive to a guest's needs/requests. In a huff, she changed our room but it was a sour experience from start to finish. Maybe she was just having a bad day - it happens to all of us, but a little customer services goes a long way. The hotel is run down and even the room we were switched to smelled damp and moldy. We were supposed to stay there en route home, but I cancelled the reso and we stayed elsewhere and it was far better.
