Liked: The staff was super helpful , told me spots to eat in walking distance, and booked the shuttle !
Disliked: The only thing is it woild be easier to just say the exact gate to meet the shuttle at then no one woild need to call! It makes it more steps to have to call and then be told what gate to go to!

Liked: Location to Airport and various restaurants was convenient.
Disliked: Apple Pay System was to functional and I could not pay my bill with my preferred account and had to use a secondary card. The breakfast was inadequate, no fruit, no meats, no teas. Had hard dry biscuits, but no gravy. Coffee was poor tasting, various cream supplies were not maintained.Shower water flow was very poor. Biden in no longer President and "LOW FLOW" shower devices need to be replaced. Room was comfortable but small. Not big enough to have a chair for 2 occupants in a room ment for 4 people. Insufficient counter or desk space. I probably would chose a different location if I had to do over. There was a time when Motel Chains were inspected, usually weekly for consistency of standards. I don't think any motels provide this function anymore which has lead to deterioration of the services provided and a great many establishments who fail to maintain adequate standards

Liked: Lovely big room and very clean. We were there for one night only as transiting through to Costa Rica.Super comfy massive bed and very comfy pillows!There are a couple of fast food options in walking distance, and a gas station that sells beer and wine was only 100m from hotel.We checked out at 5am so didn't get to try breakfast.Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: While it was great to have the free shuttle option for the airport, I had to call the hotel twice to see if they were still coming. It took 2 hours to get picked up. Standing outside for 2 hours after a 14 hr flight was a bit much. We have no idea what happened. I just got a sorry when we eventually arrived . Not wanting to risk the free shuttle at 5am we decided to Ube
