Very good

Hotel in Würzburg.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: To be fair, the hotel exactly matched it's description on Booking.com but we have stayed in 6 different hotels this holiday from Berlin to Koblenz and this hotel was the most expensive with the least facilities. A fair distance from central Würzburg. The room and beds were tiny. Bed on castors. Parking off site. Not ideal for couple with disabilities. We kept getting emails asking us to check in online but the relevant links were missing.

Great location to visit Wurzburg...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was 50m from tram stop to go to centre (10 mins). Undercover parking was good but had to pay extra.
Disliked: Aircon didn't work (33 degrees outside) and reception said they could only report it as too late for engineer, no offer to change room. Followed up with reception when checking out and nothing had been reported. Completely unapologetic response, nothing they could do but report it again and we were told someone would contact us. No communication received after 5 weeks.

Disliked: The AC in the room didn’t work, when talking to staff about the issue we were met with aggression and rudeness, I’ve never stayed somewhere where they close the front desk reception. Key cards wouldn’t work to get in the building and had to call a number on a dry erase board. Loud street as well. I was miserable my entire stay.

Liked: I like this hotel. Many things l loved from my first visit but were a bit different on my second visit. Not in a really bad way but just different
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the room was so hot like a furnace. I know the weather cannot be controlled but a fan that was in the wardrobe just made the room even hotter. Yes there was a balcony but it was also so hot outside. Air conditioning in every room would be a step forward but I know the expense of it. Also the self check in machine was right inline with the sun. As the sun beat down you could hardly see what's written on the screen. Maybe some sort of cover over the top of the machine might help. To act as a sun shield. Not criticisms, just facts from my visit
