Liked: 1. Excellent location - only 10 minutes easy walk to central station.2. Reception staff good and friendly. 3. Breakfast very good. Plenty of staff (very important at breakfast time so that tables get cleared and relaid quickly - this aspect often failing at other (even big name hotels), staff smart, efficient and nice, very good selection of food, food good, dishes quickly replenished.
Disliked: Carpeted bedroom floors.

Liked: Very comfortable room. A very comprehensive breakfast choice. Ten minute walk from railway station.
Disliked: A full restaurant service would have been good. Wi-fi coverage in room was a bit unstable.

Liked: The breakfast provides gluten free food but you have to ask.

Liked: Loved the variety breakfast options, the spacious apartment on the 5th floor which conveniently came with a roof top terrace, and the lovely staff!
Disliked: Unfortunately, some of my clothing got damaged during the laundry wash. (But I still enjoyed the fact that they offered such a service to begin with!)

Liked: The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. A parkade onsite was a real bonus. The hotel was ultra modern and very clean, attention to detail was apparent.
Disliked: The parking garage ticketing was a bit confusing.
