Liked: Location, great food for breakfast, we left early in the morning and they made us sandwiches

Liked: The staff was very kind and helping from the first to the last minute. Breakfast was good and we had several options to choose from.
Disliked: But unfortunately, not even the kind staff members and the good quality breakfast could help in all other aspects that you usually expect from a hotel. Best Western has already deceived us, this time we did not have other options, the hotels were fully booked because of the week-long event in the city. The room was dirty, the only cleaning once during our 3 nights stay meant emptying the dustbins. Only two large towels were provided that we could not hang on the hooks because the towels reached the sticky, dirty floors. The safe did not work as it was closed by someone else (the room was so small that you could easily bump into the safe door - and the luggage, and your companion). This room was already our second offer as in the first one the key cards simply did not work and the stuff could not figure out what went wrong.
