Well located hotel with almost...

Liked: The staff were mostly friendly. Nella who was serving us at the breakfast room was a delight, specially. And Matteo who received us at the check-in was very helpful informing us about the city’s where to go and what to see.
Disliked: The room did not look fresh when we checked in. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Shower was broken and the douche would not stay still on position. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Not enough storage space for 2 people sharing the room (very small closet) and we only stood for 4 nights.We had a terrace in the building, but no access to it. Overall, would stay again only if prices were a lot cheaper. Definitely felt like we paid for more than we got.

Liked: The hotel staff is great and friendly. The Hotel is very close to the railroad which is what we were looking for.
Disliked: The room was not dusted for a while.
