Liked: The theme
Disliked: The bathroom floor : there is a level difference, when stepping out of the shower, with a very oily/slippery floor.. I fell hard and almost broke my back

Excellent place to stay to...

Liked: Brilliant location - very nice ambiance, helpful staff, good breakfast. The lift to the parking was an exciting experience!
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Very pleasant and well located...

Liked: Hotel incredibly well located for exploring Rouen and very pleasant lounge/reception area. Room smallish but more than adequate with good bathroom. Basement car park a real bonus and staff very pleasant. Overall, would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Breakfast at 19 Euros per person far too expensive. Also mattress & duvet too hot so it was difficult to sleep until we took the duvet out of the cover.

Charge five euros more and...

Liked: very nice staff. Good breakfast
Disliked: Not a bar of soap in the bathroom, just squeez bottles of cleaning fluid like in the bus station restroom. Not a shelf nor a drawer in the room for the contents of your suitcase.
