Liked: Everything in good condition. Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: The location is very convenient for getting to all the main tourist attractions during the day, but as a solo female traveler, I felt a bit unsafe walking around at night.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and seems newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, we even had an early check in and were able to leave our luggages there safely on the day of the checkout. The rooms look exactly like on the pictures and are equipped with everything you might need.
Disliked: Although the location is very convenient, 5 minute walk to two metro stations, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is very sketchy. Gladly, I was traveling with my husband, so I had no issues, but if I was traveling alone or especially in the dark, I wouldn't feel safe. There are a lot of homeless / drunk people on the streets, they stare you down, shout and sometimes even approach you with unknown intentions. They are even at the entrances of the metros. Overall, I wouldn't stay in that neighborhood again.

Liked: The hotel is comfortable, very clean quiet and very well connected. The staff is lovely and helpful and made us feel welcomed and looked after. The area is not shinny and touristy or polished, is more of a local, diverse and vibrant flavour. The room had lovely windows and great air conditioning so as comfortable as you want it to be.
Disliked: Bathrooms are not the most spacious but it was perfectly comfortable and in the context of Paris, it is a great choice.
